Day 1: Meet in Rome & Experience Its Wonders
Rome Arrival, Golf Cart Tour, Italian Apertif & Digestif
Arrive in Rome and meet your new pickleball family. We'll first eat lunch at the iconic Piazza Navona before gliding on the golf cart tour of Rome's most famous highlights. Finally, kick back and relax during the pictueresque drive to Hotel Fortebraccio where an Italian aperitif & digestif experience awaits.
Day 2: Umbrian Welcome & Pickleball
Cantina Blasi, Pickleball Clinic & Play, & L'Antica Osteria
Start the morning off with a locally prepared breakfast while taking in the panoramic view of the Umbrian countryside. Then, enjoy the hotel amenities or discover the village of Montone before lunch at Cantina Blasi's Grand Lunch & Wine Tasting. Afterward, grab your paddle for our first session of pickleball clinics and strategic round robins. Once off the court, sip your complimentary drink at Bar Braccio before dinner at L'Antica Osteria.
Day 3: Siena Sightseeing & Italian BBQ Dinner

Explore one of Tuscany’s most captivating medieval cities with a guided tour followed by free time. Enclosed within ancient walls and crowned by its striking Piazza del Campo, Siena feels like stepping into a living Renaissance painting. Once back at Hotel Fortebraccio, grab your complimentary drink at Bar Braccio before stepping on the back patio for our Italian BBQ dinner.
Day 4: Pickleball Bootcamp & Italian Cooking Class

Wake up to another breathtaking view with a locally prepared breakfast before an extended pickleball session, including instruction, live ball, and an organized round robin. Then, enjoy your afternoon with lunch and amenities, or head in to Montone to do as the locals do. Either way, we'll all meet back at Hotel Fortebraccio for our Italian Cooking Class & Dinner.
Day 5: Heart of Tuscany - Florence
Walking Tour, Skip the Line to David, & Pizza in The Piazza
As you arrive, you’ll step into a city that feels both timeless and alive—where centuries of art, architecture, and culture blend seamlessly with everyday Italian life. On the tour of Florence, step through its compact and highly walkable historic center with cobblestone streets, bustling piazzas, and scenic river views. Once back at Hotel Fortebraccio, relax and enjoy Bar Braccio before getting ready for dinner at Pizza in the Piazza.
Day 6: Clinic Crazy - Pickleball x 2
Morning and Afternoon - Clinic & Play
Soak in another perfect sunrise while eating Hotel Fortebraccio's locally produced and prepared breakfast with a view. Then, hit and learn during the first pickleball clinic & play session followed by lunch and rest before round number two on the courts. Afterward, get ready for a surprise dinner, and then hang out at Bar Braccio with your complimentary drink until everything is prepared.
Day 7: Float Above Assisi & Farewell Play and Dinner
Hot-Air-Balloon, Explore Assisi, Final Play, & Duet Dinner
Wake up for the sunrise over the Umbrian valley while floating in a hot air balloon before landing and exploring the charming city of Assisi. Once back at Hotel Fortebraccio, spend your free time relaxing or absorbing Montone's beauty before our last play session that will transform your pickleball game and mentalitiy. Finally, savor your farewell dinner while listening to a live Italian musician with your new pickleball friends at L'Antica Osteria.
Day 8: Departure

One last breakfast before meeting your driver in the hotel lobby for your 2.5 hour drive to Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO). As you take off from the Eternal City, carry with you a week’s worth of memories—meals shared, wine savored, landscapes wandered, and friendships formed.

Because of the way we structure clinics, we're able to personalize the instruction to each skill level. Whether your a beginner (2.5+) to advanced player (4.5+), our expert coaches ensure everyone receives personalized and effective instruction.
What is the Payment and Refund Policy?
Payment Policy
An initial non-refundable deposit of $1000 per Participant is required to secure the Participant on the trip. Within 120 days of the trip, the remainder of the cost is required.

If you’ve paid and need to withdraw after the deadline, you can instead find a substitute to take your place.
Are flights included in the package price?
Flights are not included in the trip price. Travelers are responsible for booking their own airfare to Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). We highly recommend landing at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) by 9 AM on 10/14. This allows for enough time to make it to the first transfer by 11:00 am. If you're behind the 11:00 AM transport, you will need to acquire your own transport to either the Piazza Navona by 12:30 PM or the Highlights of Rome - Golf Cart Tour between 2 - 5 PM. We can provide guidance on preferred flight times.
What should I bring for pickleball play?
Please bring your own paddle, court shoes, and appropriate athletic attire. We provide high-quality balls for all clinics and organized play. If you need equipment recommendations, our coaches are happy to assist before the trip.
Can I bring a non-playing partner or spouse?
Yes! We offer a non-player rate for partners who wish to join for the accommodations, meals, and social activities without participating in the pickleball clinics and organized play sessions. Please contact us if you're interested.
